The ideal candidate will bring strong digital media sales experience, established agency connections, and a proven track record in client servicing and campaign execution.Key Responsibilities- Drive CTV ad sales through digital agencies and direct brand partnerships. - Build and maintain strong relationships with top agencies and direct clients. - Lead end-to-end campaign execution – from client brief to final reporting. - Identify new business opportunities and grow revenue across the CTV ecosystem. - Collaborate with Ad Ops and Planning teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.Requirements- 3–8 years of experience in digital ad sales or media agency roles. - Hands-on experience working with digital agencies and strong knowledge of OTT/CTV platforms. - Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Preferred- Prior exposure to CTV/OTT advertising. - Based in Mumbai with familiarity of the West India digital media market.
