The Manager will be responsible for guiding potential students through the enrollment process, providing personalized counselling, and supporting them throughout their training journey. Day-to-day tasks include managing student inquiries, conducting counselling sessions, sales of courses, and maintaining relationships with partner recruiters to facilitate job placements. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure students' career development.Qualifications- Strong background in Counselling, Educational Guidance, and Career Development - Sales and Marketing skills, with an ability to meet enrollment targets - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and stakeholders - Proficiency in managing CRM tools and student databases - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure - Prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
