Position: Channel Manager - Direct HNIExperience: 10 - 16 yearsAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced professional to drive HNI client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth. The role involves directly sourcing clients, offering tailored investment solutions, and ensuring high-quality client engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Acquire and manage HNI clients through networking, references, and self-sourcing. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across Mutual funds, Wealth, equity, debt, liquid, PMS, and SIP products. - Build long-term client relationships and drive engagement programs. - Reactivate dormant clients and onboard new investors. - Partner with corporates and distributors to expand business opportunities. - Support business development initiatives such as events, campaigns, and contests. - Provide timely client/product updates and ensure strong after-sales service. - Ensure compliance with company guidelines and internal processes. - Furnish sales reports and maintain updated records in sales portals. - Lead and guide a team of Relationship Managers, driving their performance and capability building.What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in HNI client acquisition & relationship management (financial services preferred). - Strong knowledge of financial products and markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
