The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, developing and executing business plans, analyzing data and metrics to propose strategic improvements, and providing high-quality customer service. The role will focus on aligning client objectives with operational excellence to drive mutual growth.Qualifications- Proficiency in Account Management and Key Accounts - 3–8 years of experience in client servicing/account management within a branding, advertising, or creative agency. - Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making - Experience in Business Planning and strategic development - Excellent Customer Service abilities to maintain client satisfaction - Knowledge of branding, creative processes, design workflows, and production will be an added advantage. - Experience in the advertising, Branding or marketing industry - Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
