For more information, visit Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationship management. - Understand client objectives thoroughly and translate them into actionable briefs for creative (content, design, and planning) teams. - Work closely with internal teams to drive the end-to-end development of mainline campaigns - Present creative ideas, campaign routes, and strategic proposals to clients with clarity and confidence. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. - Identify opportunities to grow accounts by proactively pitching new ideas, campaign extensions, and integrated solutions. - Monitor market trends, competitor campaigns, and industry developments to bring fresh thinking into client strategies. - Ensure high-quality output across all touchpoints while maintaining brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of mainline advertising — print, outdoor, OOH, and traditional media. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders. - Ability to interpret briefs, craft strategic responses, and guide creative teams effectively. - Proven experience leading client relationships in an advertising agency environment. - Strong project management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. - A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field. - 6–8 years of experience in account management within a creative or advertising agency (mainline experience is essential).
