Join Rentkar- India's leading zero-deposit rental platform for gaming consoles, tech, and musical gear.a fast-paced startup redefining access to high-end products across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune.With a fast-paced startup comes fast growth and were hiring a Finance Executive to take full ownership of payouts, payroll, compliance, and cash flow management.About the Role:Role: Finance ExecutiveDepartment: Finance & AccountingIndustry: Logistics / Rentals / EcommerceLocation: On-site (Andheri East, Mumbai)Experience: Minimum 2 yearsType: Full-Time, Permanent (6 days/week)Key Responsibilities:End-to-end bookkeeping and daily financial record maintenanceGST reconciliation, filing, and return preparation (GSTR 1, 3B, etc.)TDS calculation, payment, and timely TDS returnManage purchase entries, sales invoices, and vendor paymentsMaintain bank reconciliation and cash flow reportsOversee payroll and ensure compliance with statutory normsOperate on Zoho Books, Tally, and Google Sheets for all accounting workflowsGenerate and manage e-invoicing, e-way bills, credit notesConduct vendor reconciliation and resolve payment discrepanciesPrepare periodic reports for internal audits and management reviewsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent2+ years of experience in a finance/accounts roleStrong command of Zoho Books, Tally, and Google SheetsIn-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filingsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accountabilityPreferred Skills:Tally, Zoho Books, GST Filing, TDS Return, Book Keeping, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase/Sales Entry, E-Way Bill, Vendor Payments, E-Invoicing, Credit NotesWhy Join Us?At Rentkar, you’ll work in a growth-driven environment where your work directly impacts the company.
