You will be the face of the brand, engaging with high-profile clients, showcasing fine jewelry collections, and ensuring a seamless and personalized in-store shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, offering detailed product knowledge to help them make confident purchase decisions. - Sales Support: Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat client engagement. - Product Presentation: Ensure impeccable presentation of merchandise through visual merchandising guidelines and maintain cleanliness of displays and counters. - Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Estaa’s jewelry collections, including materials, design inspirations, stone quality, and craftsmanship. Stay updated on latest trends and educate customers with expertise and confidence. - CRM & Relationship Building: Build long-term client relationships by maintaining contact, sharing product launches, and offering after-sales support to encourage customer loyalty. - Inventory Management: Assist in stock handling, daily counting, tagging, replenishment, and product rotation under the guidance of the store manager. - Reporting & Feedback: Share customer feedback, preferences, and market trends with the team to help enhance the client experience and product offerings.Qualifications:- Graduate in any stream; diploma or certification in luxury retail/sales is an advantage. - 2–3 years of experience in in-store retail sales with premium or luxury brands (jewelry, fashion, watches, or accessories). - Strong verbal communication skills in English - Presentable, polished, and confident with an approachable demeanor. - Passionate about luxury products, especially fine jewelry and craftsmanship. - Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak retail seasons. - Team player with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
