We also manufacture Wine Plants, Beer Plants, and Food Processing Tanks, catering to clients across India.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our Dairy Machinery Division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and expanding sales of our dairy processing equipment across India. This role involves frequent travel, customer engagement, and a strong understanding of dairy plant processes and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and market Venture Steels’ dairy processing machinery and turnkey plant solutions across India.Identify and develop new customers in the dairy and food processing sectors.Visit clients, understand their technical and process requirements, and coordinate with design and production teams for tailored solutions.Prepare and present techno-commercial offers, quotations, and proposals.Follow up with clients for order finalization, documentation, and project execution.Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Prepare and maintain customer visit reports, lead pipelines, and weekly sales updates.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5–7 years in industrial equipment sales, preferably with exposure to PHEs, chillers, or process utility equipment.Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering preferred (not mandatory if relevant experience exists).Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermal equipment, and process flow systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively across India (travel, stay, and food allowance covered by the company).Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.Ability to interpret basic drawings (P&ID, GA) and discuss technical requirements with clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Key Skills B2B Industrial Sales & MarketingTechnical Product PresentationClient Relationship ManagementQuotation & Proposal PreparationMarket Research & Lead GenerationKnowledge of Dairy Plant Equipment and ProcessesReporting & CoordinationWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on your experience and performance.Comprehensive travel support including lodging and meal allowances.Chance to work on high-impact industrial applications across multiple sectors.A professional, innovation-focused workplace that encourages learning and advancement.
