Owning the full sales cycle– prospecting, pitching, solutioning, closing, and growing key relationships. Working closely with theCEO and leadership team , you will help position the company as thego-to brand for luxury sports travel and hospitality .This role is ideal for someone who is ago-getter, self-starter, and hungry to make an impact , who may not yet have an exhaustive UHNI contact book, but has thedrive, polish, and persistence to build one . ---------------------------------------------------------------- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth Identify, prospect, and convertBig Ticketcorporate clients, CXOs, business owners, and HNIs/UHNIsfor sports based travel, once in lifetime experiences and hospitality solutions. Own revenue targets for assigned segments (corporate, B2B, and HNI/B2C where relevant). Develop a strongopportunity pipelinethrough self-generated leads, networking, referrals, and market mapping. Driveend-to-end sales : outreach, meetings, solution proposals, commercial negotiations, and closure. Client Relationship Management Build and nurturelong-term relationshipswith key decision makers – CHROs, CMOs, CEOs, promoters, senior leadership, and wealth advisors. Understand client needs (incentive travel, rewards programs, VIP experiences, personal bucket-list events) and proposetailor-made sports travel solutions . Maintain high standards ofclient servicing, responsiveness, and follow-throughpre and post-sale. Act as atrusted advisorto clients on global sports calendars, marquee events, and premium experience options. Product & Solution Selling (Sports, Travel & Hospitality) Sell a portfolio ofsports travel products , including: Official tickets + hospitality packages for global sporting events Luxury travel itineraries built around sports events (e.g., Olympics, FIFA, Grand Slams, ICC events) Corporate incentive/recognition trips and group movements Bespoke and curated sports experiences with exclusive access Work closely with internalProduct, Operations & Hospitality teamsto design compelling proposals and deliverables. Clearly communicate thevalue proposition and exclusivityof official partnerships and licensed inventory. Lead Management & Collaboration Work on a mix ofself-generated leadsandmarketing-generated leadsshared by the performance marketing / digital team. Qualify, prioritize and track leads using CRM tools / internal systems. Share feedback with the marketing team onlead quality, target segments, and campaign effectiveness . Geography & Market Coverage While the primary base isIndia , opportunities may spanglobal clients and international markets , especially NRI / global Indian and corporate networks. Leverage digital communication and virtual meetings to connect with prospectsbeyond Mumbai and India , where relevant. Reporting & Market Intelligence Maintain updatedsales reports, pipeline status, and activity trackersfor leadership reviews. Provide insights onmarket trends, competitor offerings, client buying behaviour, and emerging demand patterns . Work closely with the CEO to refinesales strategies, key accounts focus, and target industries . ---------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications & Skill Sets Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s in Business / Marketing / Hospitality is an added advantage. Minimum 5–9 yearsof experience insales / business development / account management , preferably in: Luxury / premium travel or hospitality Experiential marketing / events / sports marketing Corporate / B2B sales to senior stakeholders Demonstrated success inclosing high-value dealsand managing premium clients. Strongcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills– comfortable dealing with senior leaders and affluent clients. High level ofdrive, ownership, and resilience– this is a role for someone who enjoys hunting for new business. Ability to quicklybuild networks , open doors, and create relationships in the HNI / corporate ecosystem. Well-groomed, polished, and comfortable representing apremium luxury sports brand .
