Lead and manage thePAN India CRO teamfor cross-selling Mediclaim and Motor insurance. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales penetration amongjewellery retailers, textile traders, and manufacturing units . Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients. Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets through effective monitoring, coaching, and performance evaluation of CROs.
