Sales Engineer for Packaging Industry

Key Responsibilities:- Generating leads for high value capex machine - Promote and sell packaging machines and related solutions to prospective clients. - Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with customers. - Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required. - Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.Qualifications- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. - Experience: 2–3 years in sales of packaging machines or industrial equipment.Required Skills- Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively. - Willingness to travel across regions for client visits. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Preferred Skills- Sales & Marketing - Customer Relationship Management - Packaging Machines - Industrial Sales - Negotiation - Presentation Skills - Business DevelopmentPay range and compensation package- Salary offered: 3.0 to 4.0 LPABenefits:- Opportunities for professional growth and technical training. - Supportive team environment.Office Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Maharashtra
