The role involves calling potential delegates, explaining event benefits, and converting them into confirmed participants.This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales who want to grow in theevents and business conferencesindustry.Responsibilities: Makeoutbound callsto potential delegates from the given database to promote upcoming industry events and conferences. Explain event details, benefits, and participation process in a professional and engaging manner. Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure registration. Achievedaily and monthly targetsfor delegate conversions. Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the CRM or Excel tracker. Work closely with the marketing and event teams to share feedback and improve outreach results. Support post-event follow-up and relationship building with attendees.Qualification & Skills Required: Graduate in any stream / Under graduate can also apply Freshers Welcome 1–3 years of experienceintelemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or delegate acquisitionfor B2B events/conferences will be given preference. Excellentverbal communication skillsin English and Hindi. Confident, polite and persuasive on the phone. Target-oriented with a strong follow-up and closing attitude. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication).What we offer: Salary:₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Attractive Incentives
