Job Description:
Job Purpose:To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and other Marketplaces by managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and relationship management with category teams and platform stakeholders.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Account Management & Strategy- Own the business performance for Marketplaces – revenue, margin, and market share. - Develop and implement platform-specific growth strategies aligned with company objectives. - Analyze sales trends, competition, and consumer behavior to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion. - Create business plans with category teams to drive visibility and sales.2. Listing, Cataloging & Merchandising- Ensure timely and accurate listing of products with high-quality content and images. - Manage inventory, pricing updates, and in-stock rates through coordination with internal teams. - Work with design and content teams to improve PDPs, A+ content, and brand pages.3. Marketing & Promotions- Plan and execute campaigns during sale events (GIF, Big Billion Days, EORS, etc.) in coordination with platform teams. - Collaborate with internal marketing teams for co-branded campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and visibility drives.4. Operations & Supply Chain- Coordinate with internal supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatches and stock replenishment. - Monitor SLA adherence – returns, cancellations, delivery time, and fill rate. - Address operational issues with category managers and platform partners.5. Reporting & Analytics- Track daily/weekly sales, marketing spends, and ROI metrics. - Present performance dashboards and insights to management. - Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and identify improvement areas. - Recon and payments follow up with PUC.6.
