Job PurposeAs a Key Account Manager, you will responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the company's most important e-commerce clients to drive sales growth You will play a key role in shaping our brand image and increasing market share. This position requires a combination of Product Development, Innovation, Creativity, Strategic thinking, and Strong leadership skills.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and grow the existing business through strategic account planning. - Achieve sales budgets and margin targets, provide accurate sales forecasts, and monitor performance against goals. - Identify new business opportunities within designated accounts and markets, and build a strong project pipeline. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategy. - Work closely with internal teams, including development and marketing, to align on and execute customer briefs and innovation projects. - Lead contract negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.EDUCATION & TRAINING- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plusKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally within the fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry - A strong understanding of the fragrance industry, including market dynamics and a good sense of smell - Ability to handle basic financial concepts like pricing and margin, and a track record of meeting sales targets - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, along with strong presentation skills - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain relationships - Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.SKILLS & ABILITIES- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative sales strategies - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
