About the RoleAs a Key Account Manager – Channel Sales, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth through strategic partnerships with real estate brokers, builders, and channel partners. You’ll play a vital role in expanding Livspace’s network, generating high-quality leads, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and strengthen relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and channel partnersIdentify, onboard, and manage new partners to grow business reachGenerate qualified leads and direct them to Livspace Experience CentresConduct regular meetings, site visits, and engagement activitiesCollaborate with internal Design, Sales & Marketing teams for seamless customer journeysTrack partner performance, manage lead conversions, and achieve sales targetsRepresent Livspace with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrityRequired Skills & QualificationsGraduate degree (MBA preferred)2–8 years of experience in channel sales / business development within interior design, real estate, or home improvementStrong understanding of local real estate and broker ecosystemsExcellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skillsProven record in meeting sales targets and managing long-term partnershipsSelf-motivated, proactive, and target-drivenTwo-wheeler and valid driving license requiredFluency in English, Hindi, and the regional language
