Title: Inside Sales ExecutiveReporting to: Sales ManagerExperience: 1- 4 yrs.Qualification: Graduate / Post GraduateJob Description:● Business to business (B2B) calling and generating qualified leads.● Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email interactions.● To call identified contact numbers of customers and introduce them to the solutionofferings.● Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent emailcommunications.● Route qualified leads to outside sales teams by initiating appointments.● Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.● Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.● Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify thekey players in an industry and gather interest.Competencies and Skills Required1. Must possess good communication skills.2. B2B sales experience preferred3. Must have good planning and organizational skills.4. Strong understanding of the sales cycle.5.
