Job Description: Sales Executive in the Gold and Diamond Jewellery IndustryPosition: Sales Executive – Gold & Diamond JewelleryLocation: Mumbai, BandraDepartment: Retail SalesReports to: Store Manager/Sales ManagerJob Summary: We are looking for candidates from Mumbai Only.The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, showcasing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets by promoting gold and diamond jewellery. This role demands a strong understanding of jewellery trends, customer preferences, and a high level of professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gold/diamond jewellery products.Explain product features, pricing, quality, and making charges.Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.Manage billing and ensure accurate invoicing.Keep updated with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.Collaborate with inventory and stock teams for stock availability and replenishment.Follow all company policies related to security, handling of gold/diamonds, and cash.Key Requirements:Education: Minimum HSC/GraduateExperience: 1–3 years in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury segment.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSales and negotiation abilityCustomer-oriented attitudeBasic knowledge of gold/diamond certification and standardsLanguage proficiency: English, Hindi, and MarathiWorking Hours: Retail shift timings 11:00am to 09:00pmInterested candidates can apply in confidence at hr@ and WhatsApp on 9819349000.
