Responsibilities- Prepare reports for Branch. - Manage incoming customer inquiries and assisting for timely responses through respective Team. - Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting any issues through Sales & Support Team. - Shipments, GRN & Payment Follow-up with Customer to ensure Timely Collections. - Coordinating with RM, Other Branches and H.O for the Backend Administrative Tasks.Qualifications-Graduate-Must be able to communicate in English.-Should know basic excelExperiencePreferably 1 year
