Ensure billing as per agreed terms and timelines. Follow up and report on outstanding account receivables. Track and manage purchase orders (PO) and renewals in a timely manner. Prepare proposals and presentations addressing client objectives and requirements. Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification). 0–4 years of experience inKey Account Management or Saleswithin anIT/ITeScompany. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
