Market & Competitor Analysis- Identify emerging markets and monitor trends, including new product developments and competitor activities. - Analyse competitor offerings and customer preferences to enhance the company’s positioning in the market.2. Sales & Product Management- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing in alignment with market trends and demand. - Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs.3. Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning- Stay current with product and market developments through workshops, publications, and professional networking. - Leverage industry contacts to anticipate market opportunities and innovations.4. Sales Planning & Strategy Execution- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet targets and align with organizational goals. - Drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region.5. Customer Relationship Management- Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess needs and address concerns. - Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and uncover new opportunities.6. Reporting & Sales Performance- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and achievements. - Use Zoho CRM to log activity, track progress, and generate performance insights.7. Direct Sales & Distribution Support- Manage both direct and channel sales, ensuring alignment and readiness across teams. - Support distribution partners with technical input and sales enablement.8.
