We’re Hiring: Senior Account Manager – Futuready (Andheri, Mumbai) Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for client management, digital strategy, and creative campaigns? Join Futuready , a growing digital agency in Andheri, and play a key role in shaping brand stories that make an impact.Education & Experience Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate Experience: Minimum 2+ years in account management, digital marketing, or related roles Location: Mumbai (Andheri) Key Responsibilities Work proactively to bridge communication between clients and internal teams. Coordinate with teams and manage resources to ensure timely delivery of all client requirements. Receive and analyze client briefs, curate relevant content, and prepare final documentation for the creative team. Provide creative personnel with well-documented input and data support to ensure advertising strategies are clear, approved by clients, and effectively executed. Write and conceptualize creative briefs for projects and campaigns. Define content strategy guidelines, themes, and pitches aligned with brand objectives. Present strategic ideas and campaign conclusions to clients during meetings. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the agency’s digital expertise. Manage and execute digital activities as per client needs. Coordinate quotations, assist with client invoices, and ensure timely collection of account receivables. Prepare and manage monthly performance reports for all assigned accounts. Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Ability to ideate and conceptualize campaign ideas and brand strategies Excellent content writing and communication skills A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Ambitious , energetic , and a team player Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proactive approach to problem-solving and client servicing
