Build and maintain strong relationships withclients, developers, and channel partnersin the Dubai market. Manage and convert qualified leads generated by the telecalling and marketing teams. Provide expert consultation to clients on property investments, project details, and market trends. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and closing targets. Ensure all documentation and client communications are completed accurately and professionally. Keep up to date withDubai property trends, off-plan launches, and RERA regulations. Coordinate with the sales leadership team for reporting, planning, and performance tracking.Requirements: 8–10 years of experiencein real estate sales and deal closing. Experience in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory. Currentlybased in Mumbai , handling Dubai sales remotely. Proven expertise in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Familiar withDubai property portals(Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.). Excellent leadership, presentation, and market awareness skills.
