// Urgent hiring for Area Sales Manager // Location- Goregaon East Profile- Area Sales Manager/Sales Executive ( Pets Category) Experience- 2 years Ctc-upto 10 lpa Working Days- 6 days (2nd & fourth Saturday off) Sales & Business Development Promote and sell company products to potential customers in the assigned stores/territory. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with distributors/retail partners to maximize coverage and availability of products. Product Promotion & Awareness Showcase products to customers and educate them about key features, usage, and benefits. Conduct in-store demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities to create excitement and attract buyers. Distribute leaflets, brochures, or other promotional materials to boost awareness and interest. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners, staff, and customers. Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service to drive repeat business. Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and services. Merchandising & Store Management Ensure proper display of products and maintain planogram standards for maximum visibility. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely refilling of shelves to avoid stock-outs. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of product display areas and promotional setups. Reporting & Coordination Coordinate with the sales team to share updates on stock status, sales performance, and market issues Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, promotions, and customer interactions. Provide actionable insights and feedback to management for strategic planning.
