Regional Sales Manager

Role: Assistant Regional Manager/ Regional Manager Relevant Experience: 7+ Years Location: Mumbai/ Ahmedabad/ Jaipur/ Ludhiana/ Hubli/ Delhi Your primary responsibility is to manage partners, drive the number of applications, volume of disbursement from these partners. Your primary responsibility is to drive business growth, What You Will Be Doing • Drive monthly and annual business from Partners. • Work closely with all the internal stakeholders in the region such as existing RSM and BMs. • Formulate the strategy to achieve the business targets • Identify, onboard, and sustain partners. • lead generation activities which give predictable business • Provide training and hand holding to partner resources. Provide on Job training regular basis. • Conduct period constructive reviews with the team of Financial Relationship Managers. • This role will involve working in the field 70% of the time and will involve travel where required. Experience You Should Bring • Prior experience of working in financial services industry specifically in unsecured business loans. • Prior experience of handling partners or DSA channels. • Team handling experience. • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
