About the Company I-Tech Media Pvt. Ltd. is launching a cutting-edge pharma media platform encompassing print and digital magazines, online advertising, webinars, EDM campaigns, and industry events. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented National Sales Manager to spearhead business growth, drive strategic partnerships, and position the brand as India’s most trusted voice in pharmaceutical innovation, manufacturing, and regulatory intelligence. About the Role The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a national sales strategy, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Strategy Develop and execute a national sales strategy covering all revenue streams: Print & Digital Advertising, Online Display Ads, Webinars, EDMs, Event Sponsorships, and Branded Content. Identify and onboard key clients from pharma, healthcare, biotech, nutraceuticals, and allied sectors. Build a strong sales pipeline through direct outreach, agency partnerships, and media planning networks. Drive revenue targets month-on-month with a focus on both volume and value growth. Client & Relationship Management Nurture long-term relationships with senior marketing, corporate communication, and brand managers. Develop tailored media and branding solutions aligning with client objectives and product lifecycles. Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to ensure continued engagement and renewals. Product & Campaign Management Work with editorial, design, and digital teams to conceptualize integrated campaigns and advertorials. Collaborate with the content and events team to create customized sponsorship packages, webinar topics, and sectoral reports. Ensure flawless campaign execution, tracking performance metrics, and delivering post-campaign reports. Leadership & Team Building Recruit, train, and lead a national sales team with regional managers and inside-sales executives. Set KPIs and performance goals aligned with company targets. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centric selling. Market Intelligence & Partnerships Monitor pharma industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing spends. Build alliances with industry associations, trade bodies, and event organisers to expand brand footprint. Identify new revenue models — such as sponsored research reports, video interviews, or partner microsites. Qualifications Experience: 6–9 years in media sales, preferably in B2B / pharma / healthcare publishing or digital media. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing national accounts. Strong understanding of integrated media offerings (print, digital, social, events). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business outcomes. Preferred Skills Experience in pharma or healthcare sectors. Familiarity with digital media and advertising. Understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
