Terrritory Sales Manager — Chemicals Distribution (5 Positions) | Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida APAC Sourcing Solutions Ltd (APAC) is a global sourcing & supply-chain partner to industry—trusted for chemical procurement, CDMO partnerships. APAC caters to 56 industries. Role: Drive B2B distribution sales to actual industrial users —own market development, key accounts, and supplier relationships to deliver profitable, compliant growth. Experience: 6– 10 years selling chemicals in India (distributors or principals). Preferred Education: MBA with Chemical Engineering or MBA with Chemistry. (Strong performers with a proven track record will be considered regardless of degree.) What you’ll do Own a territory/segment P&L: hunt → qualify → convert → grow key industrial accounts. Sell into end-user plants (coatings, adhesives, rubber, plastics, agro inputs, water treatment, electronic chemicals, catalysts, personal care ingredients, etc.). +1 Build a demand book and 90-day forecast; run pricing, margin & credit discipline; coordinate imports, logistics, and last-mile deliveries. Develop supplier alliances (NA/EU/Asia) and manage techno-commercial trials, MSDS/TDS exchange, and approvals. Navigate Incoterms, HS codes, DGFT/ICEGATE basics , and documentation with our supply-chain team. Maintain CRM hygiene; publish weekly pipeline and win-loss insights. Must-have skills Application selling to plant/process buyers (production, QA/QC, EHS, procurement). Channel & key-account management in chemicals distribution; strong negotiation and price-value storytelling. Working grasp of GHS/REACH, SDS, labeling, packaging, and HSE norms for safe handling and transport. Comfort with import workflows , documentation, and basic trade math (duty, freight, FX). Data-driven: Excel/Sheets + CRM cadence; clear written proposals and visit reports. Nice to have Exposure to two or more clusters: Navi Mumbai/MIDC, Gujarat (Vapi/Dahej/Ankleshwar), NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad .
