For more information visit Designation: Post Sales Manager BU: The Chapter Dept.: Sales/ CRM Location: Wadala, Mumbai (Near to Dadar East & Wadala Station) Key Responsibilities: Resolve queries and concerns raised by clients in a timely fashion Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint Help to improve customer communication Collaborate with managers to resolve issues toward the goal of building customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention Entering customer information into a computer database Ensure that relationship with clients is maintained throughout the product lifecycle Ensuring owners are always well looked after Understanding all aspects of existing and upcoming projects Ideating with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations Team to come up with new innovative pre- and post-sales experiences and to improve the process flow Co-ordinate with various departments (Legal, operations, finance, and accounts) to ensure all client queries are addressed.
