Job Description:
The Jewellery Sales Specialist is responsible for providing world-class customer service while driving sales and building lasting relationships with our elite clientele. As a representative of our luxury brand, you will play a key role in promoting our products, exceeding sales targets, and maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury jewellery store. Also responsible for providing input and analysis to achieve best in pushing monthly targets. Along with strong sales expertise this position demands a deep understanding of the luxury market, and excellent client service skills to cater to high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities: 1 Sales Excellence: - Drive sales and exceed sales targets - Utilize advanced sales techniques and product knowledge to engage clients and close high value sales. 2 Client Relationship Management: -Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in, VIP & HNI clients - Provide personalized follow-up to clients, ensuring satisfaction and nurturing long-term loyalty. - Manage an active client portfolio, ensuring repeat business and growing the client base through referrals and networking. 3. Product Knowledge & Expertise: - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s jewellery collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design inspirations. - Stay up to date with new collections, industry trends, and competitor offerings. 4. Brand Representation: - Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the brands luxury image and high standards in customer service and presentation. 5. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with the store manager and team to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations. Below Technical knowledge will be an added advantage - Jewellery manufacturing process - Different types of gemstones, supply sources -Precious metal price movements and market demand-supply scenario Visual Merchandising - Responsible for display of jewellery in the stores - Responsible for store upkeep & maintenance only with regards to the jewellery section - Responsible for co-ordination & maintenance of display materials Experience: - A minimum of 8 to 10 years in luxury retail in high end jewellery with a proven sales record and experience in client relationship management CTC- Upto 20 Lacs + Commission Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi & Pune WhatsApp -Parth at
