Job Opening: Customer Sales Executive –Fluent English Location: Mumbai Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month Work Type: Full-Time Open to: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Joining: Immediate Preferred Job Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries. • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets. Candidate Requirements: For Freshers: • Good communication skills in English • Willingness to work in a fast-paced call center environment. For Experienced Candidates: • Prior experience in BPO/voice process preferred. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
