• 8+ years industry / CRM experience, with a minimum 5 year’s experience in Salesforce • Deep and extensive knowledge, the experience of the technical platform, including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc • Knowledge of advanced Lightning and Visualforce components, Chatter API, including integration methods and tools • Knowledge of the Salesforce App Exchange ecosystem. • Must already possess Salesforce Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications • Project management experience would be an advantage • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud • Experience using Salesforce data tools • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users
