Job Title: Sales and Admin Support Executive Experience- 4 to 6 Years Salary- 5.00 to 6.00 LPA Job Location-Powai,Mumbai About the Company - Our client is more than a decade old MNC and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, is a leading manufacturer of a Premium range of IT Peripherals, consumer electronics and mobility products . All the products are researched & developed in house by their R&D team. An industry first, most of their products are backed by LIFE TIME WARRANTY, which reflects the confidence they have in their end to end research, engineering and manufacturing capabilities Products-USB Products, Laptop Docking stations, Cables and Adapter, Notebook charge & store, charging and power, Audio and Video products, Thunderbolt 3 products etc. Roles and Responsibilities: Utilizing Netsuite and Excel to provide data and reports to the management, sales, distributors and customers on a daily/weekly, monthly basis which includes but not limited to BO reports/pricing reports etc. Interacting & coordinating on a daily basis with the distributors for stocks/pricing & other enquiries. Preparing and amending of documentation required for sales meetings, for e.g. Presentations, quotations, etc. Processing sales orders & return authorizations in Netsuite. Creating new customers & issuing quotes as requested by the sales team. Creating weekly, monthly sales reports, and keep a track of sales target and achievement for entire team as well as individuals. Supporting sales team with inventory, pricing, forecasts & other ad hoc requests. Coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure a healthy level of inventory. Proving admin support to different projects/sales activities such as sales/promotion events. Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders for various activities such as rebates/credits/debits/exports/imports etc. Other duties as requested. Requirements: Must have a keen eye for attention to detail. Energy and a sense of urgency Genuine passion in new edge technology and new products. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, act quickly and decisively. Proficiency in the MS Office products with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel Confidence with spread sheets - ability to quickly digest number and process information.
