Manager - Sponsorship Sales

JSW Sports Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – Sponsorship Sales to join our team in Mumbai (preferred), Delhi. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver on annual revenue targets across defined key responsibility areas. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Create and present compelling, customized presentations to brands. Negotiate terms and contracts to secure deals aligned with company objectives. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service. Understand client goals to provide strategic recommendations and activations. EXPERIENCE 2–8 years in outbound sales at a sports marketing agency, media agency, or talent management company in India. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate in any discipline. REQUIREMENTS A process-driven sales professional with a proven track record of consistently generating revenue and meeting targets. Strong understanding of the sports and media landscape, with the ability to leverage data in the sales process.
