Application Engineers - Inside Sales Support

Company Description James Walker Inmarco, a James Walker group company, specializes in the fluid sealing industry and partners with blue chip customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, fertilizer, and other process industries. The company is located in Mumbai. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical engineering/Science Graduates ·      Fresh or 1-year experience in Sales Support working in a company of repute, preferably in an engineering company ·      Understanding customers' enquiry, drawing, specification ·      Good writing skill ·      Well organized with aptitude in learning and zeal to excel in the ocean of opportunities ·      Knowledge in auto-CAD will be preferred ·      Knowledge of advanced excel, vlookup, hlookup, Pivot Table is a must. The candidates will be responsible for ·      Product price calculation, preparing quotation and submission through ERP system ·      Addressing customers' query ·      Communication with customers and Marketing team He/ She would be responsible to support and will be reporting to his/her line manager.
