Salary Rang -40 to 45k Location: Andheri  Main Tasks & Responsibilities Receive enquiries Direct the qualified enquiries to Management Prepare quotations Complete all documentation pertaining to vendor registration with clients & submission of tenders and fulfill all necessary steps to fetch the tender  Preparing sales orders Ensuring that the sales order is picked up by the operations team for further process Following up with the Operations team for progress of the order and ensuring that the order is moving ahead as per delivery schedule promised to customer Oversee purchase, packing, and dispatch activities Keeping the customer updated about the delivery schedule and delays Follow up with - Bank, DGFT, Clearing agent, Freight forwarders for export dispatches Completing all documentation for Export dispatches Completing all documentation for Import purchases Ensuring that the customers receive the bills Following up with customers for recovery of funds
