This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer engagement, clear communication, and creating a positive impact.Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and attend inbound queries in English & Telugu. Explain crowdfunding services clearly and persuasively to customers. Support fundraising campaigns with information, guidance, and customer service. Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.Requirements Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory). Excellent communication inEnglish & Telugu(Hindi is an added advantage). 1–2 years of experience intelecalling, telesales, or customer support . Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
