Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive – Sourcing & Networking Location: South Mumbai Department: Sales Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive (Sourcing) with hands-on experience in residential real estate projects in South Mumbai , especially redevelopment projects . The primary focus of this role is to source, engage, and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, Brokers, and Property Agents . If you have a proven track record in driving sales through strategic sourcing and are well-versed with the South Mumbai real estate landscape, we’d love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities:Sourcing & Lead Generation: Identify and onboard new Channel Partners / Brokers / Property Agents through cold calling, field visits, and local networking. Maintain and update the database of leads and partner details using CRM tools . Coordinate and conduct project briefings and site visits with Channel Partners and their clients. Relationship Management & Networking: Build and nurture long-term relationships with Channel Partners and key real estate intermediaries. Attend industry events, real estate expos, and community meetings to expand the network and represent the company. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to execute lead generation campaigns. Sales Support: Conduct cold calls and provide initial project overviews to prospective buyers. Ensure timely follow-ups and convert leads into site visits and bookings. Consistently strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets . Reporting & Coordination: Regularly update lead statuses, meeting notes, and partner interactions in the CRM system . Share performance reports on sourcing activities, lead conversions, and market feedback with the management team. Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a focus on sourcing and channel partner management . Strong network of active real estate brokers and agents in South Mumbai. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales in residential redevelopment projects . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
