Fairfest Media, the organizer of TTF, OTM and BLTM is an established leader in travel trade shows in India, serving governments and businesses from over 100 countries. Fairfest’s flagship travel event is OTM, which is well-recognised as India’s leading travel event and is the largest B2B travel show in the Asia-Pacific region. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Manager for our Buyer acquisition programs. This role involves leading a team to recruit, manage, and engage high-profile buyers for our premier B2B trade shows. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a strong background in B2B relationship management, and be comfortable making calls to onboard, verify, and engage buyers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the "Hosted Buyer Program" for OTM, TTF, and BLTM events — whereby top professionals are offered a host of services to attend our tradeshows. Develop and execute strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard qualified travel buyers, corporate travel managers, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) decision-makers. Manage the telemarketing/tele-calling agency, overseeing their productivity, training, reporting, and overall performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with hosted buyers, ensuring an exceptional experience before, during, and after the event. Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the hosted buyer program, including travel arrangements, meetings, and networking opportunities. Monitor and analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work closely with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to maximize networking opportunities and enhance business matchmaking. Ensure high levels of participation and engagement through proactive communication, content sharing, and personalized support. Optimize workflows and strategies to improve overall lead conversion and buyer acquisition. On-ground client servicing: Be present at events to oversee and manage the hosted buyer registration process, ensuring a smooth check-in and overall event experience. Assist in coordinating and resolving any on-site issues related to hosted buyers, providing necessary support to ensure seamless event execution. Work closely with event operations teams to ensure all hosted buyer logistics and requirements are efficiently handled. Requirements: Proven experience in events, business development, or inside sales/telecalling/telemarketing management Strong communication skills with the ability to make outbound calls confidently and engage with high-level professionals. Experience in B2B relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Knowledge of CRM tools and database management is a plus. Willingness to travel for events when required.
