Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable product solutions. The role includes managing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales deals. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be involved in training and mentoring junior sales staff and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Experience in Training and mentoring team members Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
