Job Title: Sales Manager – Lube Additive Packages Location: Mumbai Department: Performance Chemicals – Lubricant Additives Reporting To: Business Head / Regional Sales Head About Pon Pure Chemicals Group: With over four decades of industry experience, Pon Pure Chemicals Group is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty and performance chemicals. Our Lube Additive Packages Division caters to the diverse needs of automotive, industrial, and specialty lubricant manufacturers across India and globally. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Lubricant Additive Packages for automotive, industrial, and specialty lubricants to customers in the Western region , primarily based in and around Mumbai . Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the lubricant manufacturing and blending segment. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate additive solutions in line with their formulation needs. Work closely with technical and R&D teams to support product trials, approvals, and custom formulations. Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer insights to inform sales strategies. Achieve the sales targets as per business objectives. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech – Chemistry / Chemical / Petroleum (Preferable) or Any Degree Experience: 3–15 years in sales or technical sales of lube additives , base oils, or related chemicals. Industry Exposure: Candidates from lubricant additive companies , oil marketing companies , or lube manufacturers/blenders are preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Willingness to travel within the region and visit customer sites as required. Why Join Us?
