Work Location:- West Africa - Ghana & Sierra Leone Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to promote and sell plywood and related wood panel products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the plywood market, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships in the construction, furniture, and interior sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients including dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and furniture manufacturers. Promote and sell plywood and related products in line with company objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Manage existing accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support. Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and report insights to management. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers within company guidelines. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and payments. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events as required. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing is a plus. 2–5 years of experience in plywood,chemical or building material sales preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Knowledge of plywood grades, specifications, and applications is an advantage.
