Job Description:* Experience in real estate about 3-4 years or broking to excel in our dynamic team. Would be able to navigate the western region of Mumbai, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties. Develop a robust understanding of the real estate industry and cultivate relationships with property dealers, builders, and clients. Should achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation, client follow-ups, and property showings. Should showcase expertise in RERA, under construction projects, and the secondary market. Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and Harness calm, persuasive, and convincing power to effectively interact with clients Willing to Contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns. Technical Expertise:* In-depth understanding of Mumbai's real estate market, trends, and legal aspects. Identify and nurture potential clients through effective marketing strategies. Possess proficient knowledge in real estate documentation, procedures, and formalities. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills. Identify new business opportunities and commit to accuracy in all aspects of work Showcase a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Desired Candidate Skills & Experience Required:* Graduate from any discipline, with a sincere and committed approach to the job. Detailed background in the realty industry with 3 to 4 years of broking experience. Possess a pleasing personality with excellent communication skills in English/Hindi; proficiency in Gujarati is a plus. Exhibit good conversation skills and convincing power to win over clients. Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, G-Drive), legal documents, online digital marketing, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, portals, and social media marketing.
