EX-Major (CSD/CPPC Sales Head – Jewellery Division)

Job Description: We are a leading jewellery brand with a strong presence across India, currently expanding our footprint in Canteen Stores Department (CSD) and Central Police Canteen (CPC) channels. We are looking for a retired Major (or equivalent) from the Indian Armed Forces who has hands-on experience in CSD/CPC operations and sales, and strong working relationships with key decision-makers across various depots nationwide. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the jewellery sales channel through CSD and CPC depots across India. • Build and nurture relationships with depot officers and procurement teams. • Ensure seamless coordination for product listings, documentation, compliance, and logistics. • Drive revenue growth by strategizing product placements and promotional activities. • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely stock availability and smooth order processing. • Expand brand presence in new depots and regions through strategic tie-ups. Desired Profile: • Retired Indian Army Officer (Major or above rank preferred). • Prior experience in dealing with CSD/CPPC sales or defence procurement is a must. • Strong communication and liaison skills. • Willingness to travel across India. • Integrity, discipline, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
