Assistant Store Manager - Full-TimeLocation: Kala Ghoda, MumbaiWe’re looking for a dynamic, style-savvy Assistant Store Manager to lead our standalone KalaGhoda store. This is a high-visibility retail space, and we want someone who blends operationalexcellence with great customer experience and a deep love for jewelry and fashion. You willplay a crucial role in shaping a positive shopping experience for customers, motivating andleading the team, and driving the store’s success.1. Customer Service, Sales, and Staff Management:a. Drives sales through engagement of customers, cross-selling, upselling, andsharing product knowledge.b. Act as a personal jewelry stylist to the customers and provide recommendationsaccordingly.c. Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), bydriving own performance as well as the performance and engagement of theteam.d. Drive business through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and fosteringongoing productive relationships with customers.e. Review space productivity data and take action to maximize productivity andsales performance.f. Gather insights from customers, communicate them to HQ.g. Provide in-store coaching to staff, working alongside them to demonstrate bestpractices in customer service and product knowledge.h. Champion an OMNI business mentality, continuously seeking opportunities toremove barriers to purchase and friction points for customers.i. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.j. Promptly respond to and escalate any customer complaints.2. Inventory and Retail Space Management:a. Partner with Operations teams to hold successful inventory & cycle counts on abi-weekly basis.b. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closingprocedures, cash management, and security protocols.c. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the company's stock records, andidentifying discrepancies if they arise.d. Manage point-of-sale processes and ensure complete accuracy.3. Reporting:a. Ensure internal SOP is maintained and daily stock and sales reports areprepared and shared with HQ.b. All sales related and inventory related reports are maintained.4. Brand:a. Act as an ambassador of Company’s culture and values within and outside thecompany.b. Identify opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new & repeat customersand community engagement at the store level.What you’ll bring to the team?● 2–3 years of experience in premium fashion/jewelry retail● Experience managing a team and driving store-level KPIs● Passion for styling, jewelry, and customer delight● Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills● Knowledge of the local market and understanding of store POS systems
