Merchandise Manager

ResponsibilitiesManage & grow the business by playing active role in sourcing /pricing/ product development/quality management.Travel (4-6 trips a year to China and USA). Support US sales team for category growth /business management.Sourcing projects to execute with factories and source/develop right products.Set quality and specs needed for the correct product from factories. QualificationsA bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as textile, merchandising, product development, or a related discipline. Additional certifications or training in project management, quality control, data analysis or design would be beneficial.5 to 10 years of experience in a merchandising, customer management, business management role within the home textile or hard goods industry.Well-travelled to USA and working experience with major retail customers in USA.Managed a team of people in previous roles.Analytical, proactive, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills.
