Backed by over 60 years of jewellery design and craftsmanship, we’re creating bold, modern designs that are redefining the future of fine jewellery.Role Overview The Merchandiser will be responsible for end-to-end execution of jewellery merchandising activities—ensuring smooth coordination between design, production, and supply chain teams. This role plays a critical part in translating creative concepts into high-quality finished products, delivered on time and within cost. You will manage multiple styles and timelines simultaneously, maintain high quality standards, and ensure seamless execution from sampling through final dispatch.Key Responsibilities: Merchandising & Order Execution Handle complete order lifecycle from sampling to final shipment Ensure production is aligned with approved samples, CADs, specifications, and costing Manage multiple designs, SKUs, and timelines with strong attention to detailCross-Functional Coordination Coordinate closely with sales, planning, CAD, production, QC, and dispatch teams Track production schedules and follow up rigorously to ensure on-time delivery Proactively identify and resolve production, quality, or design-related issuesQuality, Cost & Process Control Ensure consistent quality across materials, settings, and finishes Support cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or design intent Maintain accurate records of orders, revisions, approvals, and client communicationsSamples, Clients & Market Inputs Manage sample development and client approvals efficiently Share market and trend insights with design and sales teams to support new product development Stay updated on jewellery trends, diamond cuts, settings, metal finishes, and consumer preferencesDesired Skills & Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in diamond manufacturing or the jewellery industry Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing and merchandising processes Excellent coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills Good client-handling and communication ability Strong planning, problem-solving, and execution mindset Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems Ability to work under tight timelines and dynamic priorities Graduate or Diploma in Jewellery Design, Merchandising, or a related field GIA / IGI certification preferred
