The platform embodies an effortless way to explore and own luxury, fostering a seamless shopping experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser position based in Mumbai.We offer a salary ranging from ₹3,60,000 to ₹4,20,000 per annum, depending on experience.The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing inventory, strategically planning merchandise assortments, and ensuring a visually appealing presentation of products. The role includes analysing sales trends, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, monitoring stock levels, and optimising product placement to enhance customer experiences.Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, will also be part of the day-to-day activitiesQualificationsStrong skills in Communication to effectively interact with clientsProficiency in pricing & budgetingAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage inventoryPrior experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field is a strong advantageFamiliarity with luxury or fashion sectors is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related discipline preferred
