This role combines store operations, client relationship management, and social media coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen sense of aesthetics, and the ability to deliver a high-touch, personalised client experience aligned with luxury brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Management- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store - Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment along with the backend team. - Ensure store upkeep, ambience, and overall presentation reflect luxury standardsClient Engagement & Sales- Deliver personalised, high-quality service to walk-in and existing clients - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business - Assist clients with product selection, styling, and purchase decisions - Maintain a client database and follow up for new arrivals, events, and collectionsClient Communication- Handle client interactions across channels (in-store, phone, WhatsApp, email) - Proactively engage with clients for relationship building and sales conversions - Manage appointments and exclusive previews for key clientsSocial Media & Digital Coordination- Assist in managing the store’s social media presence - Create and post content, including product features, store updates, and client engagement stories - Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, launches, and promotionsKey Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles (luxury/premium preferred) - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset - Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram) - Ability to multitask and manage both operational and client-facing responsibilities
