Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Pattern Maker role based in Mumbai. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for developing precise patterns for garments that align with design specifications. Day-to-day tasks include creating and adjusting garment patterns, ensuring proper fittings, collaborating with designers, and working with sewing teams to refine finished products.QualificationsExpertise in Pattern Making and Pattern DesignKnowledge of fabric types, measurements, and garment construction techniquesExperience working across both men’s and women’s wearHands-on experience with garments including pants, jackets, dresses, and moreFamiliarity with Indian and Western wear stylesStrong skills in Fitting and Sewing processesAttention to detail and ability to create accurate and high-quality patternsExperience in fashion design or garment production is highly desirableAbility to collaborate effectively with designers and sewing teams
