Position Title: China Operations Manager – Tooling & Mold DevelopmentCompany: Jyoti World Pvt. Ltd.Location: China (Work From Home)Reporting To: Managing Director / D&D HeadPosition SummaryThe China Operations Manager will act as the technical and commercial liaison between company. and Chinese toolmakers, die manufacturers, and mold suppliers. The role involves supervising mold development, extrusion die development, injection mold manufacturing, supplier sourcing, technical coordination, quality control, and project execution for engineering plastics, WPC, foam dies, and extrusion tooling. Identifying suitable Tool or Die maker & approving a development.The candidate will coordinate with suppliers located in Shanghai, Taizhou, Chaozhou, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Hubei, Guangdong and other industrial clusters in China.Key Responsibilities1. Tooling & Mold Development SupervisionSupervise development of:Injection moldsExtrusion moldsFoam diesWPC toolingEngineering plastics moldsEnsure adherence to technical drawings and specifications.Monitor tooling progress, trial runs (T0, T1, T2), and sampling.Approve mold corrections and modifications.2. Technical Liaison & CoordinationAct as liaison between:Company design/engineering teamMold designers in ChinaToolmakers and die manufacturersReview mold flow analysis and DFM reports.Ensure technical compliance with project requirements.Coordinate mold trials and dispatch of samples.3. Supplier Sourcing & Vendor DevelopmentIdentify and evaluate new mold makers and die suppliers.Conduct supplier capability assessments.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Develop long-term supplier partnerships.Maintain vendor performance records.WhatsApp 9871195613
