Key Responsibilities:Conduct induction and onboarding training for new joinersDeliver classroom and on-the-job training on sales, product knowledge, VM basics, and customer serviceProvide on-floor coaching and performance feedback to store teamsIdentify training needs and skill gaps through store visits and auditsDevelop and update training materials, manuals, and presentationsTrack training effectiveness and maintain training MISCoordinate with HR and Operations teams for training calendarsRequired SkillsStrong communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsGood understanding of retail operations and sales processesAbility to engage frontline retail staff effectivelyBasic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointWillingness to travel across storesQualification & Experience:Graduate preferred4-6 years of experience in retail training or store operationsLocation:Nashik,MaharashtraJaipur, Rajasthan
